I'm a healthcare founder, product thinker, and behavior-change nerd.

I've started two companies — both acquired. My edge is in going from blank page to shipped product fast, with a rigorous, scientific approach to problem-solving. I'm drawn to complex problems at the edge of medicine and technology — especially where outdated models need reinvention.

Outside of my core work, I'm using AI to build tools at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and design.

Built a virtual pain care platform delivering 3× better outcomes than standard care using behavioral science and digital rehabilitation. Grew to work directly with major health plans. Acquired by Wider Circle.

Led the incubator program at TiE Boston, one of the world's largest entrepreneurship networks — mentoring early-stage founders, running programming, and connecting startups to capital and community.

Senior Product Manager at Foodsmart

Drove product strategy at Foodsmart (formerly Zipongo, the company that acquired FillMyFork) — building personalized nutrition tools that connected food access, health outcomes, and employer benefits at scale.

Founder at FillMyFork Acquired by Zipongo

Built a nutrition app through the Alchemist Accelerator that scored tens of thousands of grocery purchases and rewarded healthy choices. Acquired by Zipongo in December 2016.
